Sir We have sent an envelop of some documents to the addressee – Sharekhan ltd, Pushpamangalam bldg., mukkada, Kundara through Professiional courier service on[protected], ref. KTR 0484435. The envelope was collected from our office by professional courier Kottarakara representative. As the envelop was not reached at the addressee till 5th November, I have contacted the Kottarakara office who have collected the envelop. After enquiry they told that the envelope has reached Kollam office on[protected] and further they will track and solve the problem. Sir till today[protected] the envelope has not reached the addressee. The professional courier offices at Kottarakara, Kollam, Kundara are playing and asking me to cal the other.
