Hello, I have ordered provogue watch through icici netbanking on 5 september and the status is showing processing from last 6 days. i have tried to contact on there customer care number but there is no response from them i also tried to submit the complaint through there portal but i think this froud company. ICICI should take care of such fraud. this thing will impact on your image in market. please take care of such things Was this information helpful? | |||

As you have availed the ICICI Scheme Offer, the offer has the T&C of delivery time of 21 days.
The same has been mentioned in the offer site in ICICI and provogue site while making an order.
The company will fulfill the condition and will get delivered with in 21 days at extreme. However you could receive the product within a week or 2.
