Provogue India — Product not received yet | |||||
I got a promotional offer on my hdfc bank account for you are eligible for gift of provogue leather wallet-stitched and i had to only pay for shipping charges of the product rs 299. So, i had ordered for a product and paid the shipping charges amount as 299.0 inr through my debit card. After successful payment, i got an acknowledgement for order id[protected] sku 104267-bk-022-f and delivering date was not mentioned there. They i had ordered it on 17th august 2016 and today is 31th august 2016. Today i had checked the status of the product and i found it "completed" however i did not received my product yet, and when i clicked on the bottom link to check the courier service information then it show there is no update for courier still today. So, finally i'm going to drop you an email regarding this online fraud. Please look into this matter and help me to come out from this situation. If they are not ready to deliver the product then i need my money back and i also would like to file a complaint against my hdfcbank as well for allowing such fake offers under their roof.
