[Resolved] Provogue — provogue watch NOT DELIVERED | |||
Hi, I ordered provogue watch on 10 NOV 2014 and made the payment through ICICI net banking via Credit Card. My Order No#[protected]. Since then I have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal but no use. There is no update about the correct status of my order. I tried to reach customer care number mentioned in the website and wrote mails. No replies to emails and nobody is replying the call either which is frustrating me now a lot!! Later i approached the courier service i.e Delhivery.They said that they have cancelled the order and have returned the shipment to Provogue.Now what is this, i didnt receive any call or anything regarding this matter. Very poor service.!!! I want to know when it will be redelivered or i just want my money back with such poor service. Was this information helpful? | |||
