Depositing money by CDM is not credited in account

Hi,
I am Vipul pandey from UP . I made a deposit of Rs. 9, 000/- into the 'Cash Deposit Machine' on 12-Nov-2021, time 17.10 min (approx) at the ATM located at the PNB branch: Shahpur Gorakhpur, U.P. After depositing the money the CDM machine responded "The machine is out of service" and i didn't get any receipt of the deposited Amount . Complaint not being registered

I booked 2 train tickets for Jaipur to Lucknow. I had to cancel one of the ticket on 16th Oct. MakeMyTrip told me that I would get my refund by 2nd Nov. Refund initiated by amazon but not received in account

Sir, I had made a payment on amazon through UPI from my PNB account on 03 October 2021 but later on i cancelled it due to some reasons but as of now i haven't received my refund, As I have already talked to amazon for refund they said that they had successfully initiated it but it has not been credited to my account yet. Refund amount not credited from amazon

I placed the order of pigeon coffee mug of worth ₹219 from Amazon due to some issue i returned the product and the product was successfully picked up from my place. Refund initiated by Amazon but still not received the refund

Refund not processed

There was a refund of amount Rs. 263 against a return order from Amazon.in

The amount was supposed to be credited by Tuesday. However the same is not reflecting in my account. The RRN of the transaction is 898030.

Request you to look into the matter on a priority basis and arrange for deposit of the amount in my account the earliest. Amazon had confirmed that they had already released the payment. I am attaching...

Refund money not received in bank account
