I am Vipul pandey from UP . I made a deposit of Rs. 9, 000/- into the 'Cash Deposit Machine' on 12-Nov-2021, time 17.10 min (approx) at the ATM located at the PNB branch: Shahpur Gorakhpur, U.P. After depositing the money the CDM machine responded "The machine is out of service" and i didn't get any receipt of the deposited Amount . On 29oct, I made of payment 11950rs to another google pay user which have pnb account. I made this transaction with my google pay link with my pnb bank. Google pay showing money send successfully, it is debited from my account but not reached to receivers google pay nor his bank account
