Money didn't dispensed

Hi,

I have withdrawn 4000 rs from the PNB Bank ATM (Indirapuram GZB branch) however after all the processing done, money didn't dispensed. I checked my balance from the Phone Banking, the balance got reduced by 4000/-. I contacted the Branch Manager (PNB Bank) & according to her, they cant do anything about the same as ATM Network is not working properly. MONEY DEDUCTED DUE TO ATM PROBLEM

Sir, I Mohd.Asif Khan, holding an account in PNB Bank, Amroha Gate, Mbd, with Account No:[protected] and ATM No.[protected] went for transaction on 31st of July 08 at 20:25 pm for an amnt of 2500 from PNB ATM, Lajpat Nagar, Mbd.Due to some technical error, i couldn't receive the same amnt and the money was deducted from my account.Despite of regular complaints, no assistance has been provided to me in this regard.Kindly...

Non Updation of interest on PPF A/C No 0138 in the name of Santosh kumar

Consequent upon my request through this Form my PPF A/C was updated after four months with issue of Duplicate Pass book as the original was lost by the Nishat Ganj Branch.

sir mera a/c yamuna nagar modeltown branch ka hai, sabse badi problem yaha ye hai ki pnb ki atm machines 1 week me 3-4 din to khrab hi rehti hai, or ynr me pnb ki 3 machines hai, sabhi machines ek hi time par dead ho jati hai agar bank me jao to unka behaviour itna rude hota hai ki kya bataye., .,

inconsistency on information given to custom

On 22/07/08 i went to PNB ATM in Alaknanda Market to withdraw Rs3000/- from my acc [protected]. As the ATM was about to dispatch the cash there was power cut and the transaction was terminated due to the power failure. When the power came back my acc balance did show that Rs3000/- had been withdrawn from my acc. All this happened in the presence of the security guard who mans the ATM. Charges for Bank Statement

We hold a Drawback account with the PNB, Custom House, New Delhi Branch. Every time my agent goes for collection of Bank statement, the bank charges Rs.100 for the statement. No bank in India charges anything for Bank Statement.
This is pure cheating....

I had taken Tax saving Mutual Fund- Principal Tax Saver thru Motilal Oswal securities in Dec 2007. Till Date Principal PNB has declared dividend thrice (approx. Rs. 10, 000/- )but I have not received any dividend.

amount missing from saving account

i hav pnb account a/c no.[protected]...i went to pnb atm nfc delhi on 26th april at around 2:45 pm, inserted card for withdrawl of rs 3000-but didnt receive money and receipt, screen showing "time out take back your card", but later on found rs 3000/- missing frm bank......

payment was made to a post dated cheque, due to which a cheque is dishonoured

A cheque no. 537536 dt. 3/4/2008 was issued to a client which was paid by the bank on 2/4/2008 resulting in dishonour of another cheque no. 537530.
Such lack of proper system in the bank made a dent in the firms reputation with the affected supplier who stopped the credit facility enjoyed by us with him. Further our goodwill was also affected....

dishonoured of cheque though there was sufficient fund

I have issued a cheque from my Punjab National Bank (PNB), Anushaktinagar, Mumbai, savings account to a person having his saving account in State Bank of India, BARC Branch, Mumbai. Fake Notes from ATM

myself sandeep kumar.my account number is [protected].Today (16-April-2008) i have withdraw Rs. 7200 from sec-3, rohini, surya plaza, new delhi ATM.what the thing happened i found several 500 Rupee fake notes (five) . I went in Punjab National Bank, Geetanjali Public School, Hapur branch for cash deposit of Rs. 50, 000/- in savin a/c no. [protected] of my near relative Mohit Goyal in 08.04.2008. This account is in modinagar branch. When i reach at branch, Cash clerk Smt. Vasishtha says, if any customer is doing cash deposit for other branch, he can go.
