Amazon initiated the amount on 3rd march 2021 of the product and they are also provided refund reference number 30005110541054177775667 but still not credit in my account. and punjab national bank is not helping me out on this problem....

The company tatacliq initiated a refund of Rs.842 through bank ref. no. (HDFD89185C475794BA8ADFBB47B2F42ODCB) ON 21ST September 2020 but hasn't been credited in the source account to which it should have been credited....
