[Resolved] Racold — New Geyser not working after Installation | |||
Dear All, Racold has registered complaint many times but have not send any service person to complete the repair work since 1 month. Every time i raise a complaint but nobody is caring to send and complete the tasks. Today on[protected] again I have registered complaint, Racold Complaint No[protected]. We have purchased a new geyser from Racold Eterno 2 NXT SP 10 VN, ER[protected]. The geyser stopped working in the beggining of its usage. I had already mailed Racold Customer service many times but have not received any response till now and it is highly unacceptable and dissatisfactory on Racold. Kindly take action and help us.
