Dear Sir,
I got a offer from reliance communication that was a 2gb 3g data pack valid for 7 days in rs87.
I recharged with rs 87 but I'm not getting the data balance. I checked my last recharge details and it shows recharge of rs 87 but when I check my data balance it shows no data balance in your account. I called the customer service but there is no response from their side. Please help!....

Sir/madam from 5-aug-2016 the 3g network become very weak..only 1 line of network is showing at night 1.00am no network in day or very very weak network in day or night..before 5-aug-2016 reliance have good 3G network..i recharge my mobile with 10GB 3G data on 4-aug-2016 but due to no 3G network or very weak 3G network i m not able to use it. even i reboot my mobile or even i put sim other mobile but problem remain same.

It's a regret to write you, but I am facing problem with the services provided by reliance telecommunication. In my native place Bramhapuri there is no network coverage for Reliance due to which the people of this locality including me going through the network related issue. I cannot call from my home with reliance sim.
It was not receiving signal and saying emergency calls only.
When I went outside of my home then it was receiving signal.
When i am at my home i am not able to call important calls also.
I have complained several times, but you have not given any importance for my complaint.
This is not the way of receiving a customer.
Your customer service is so bad.br...

Over and above the previous complaint launched against Reliance Broadband Ahmedabad now again since two days the net of the entire society which includes 8 connections has been lost.

I have recharged my reliance GSM no. [protected] with Rs. 149 on[protected] time 12:03 am. but early morning no data balance shown in mobile. So its matter of thinking where my main balance gone . For the same i called customer care 1st time he said my system is not working call after 2 hour, i said to register complaint but he didn't. Dear sir, I was using reliance 3g from last 3 year's but it get bad to worse in terms of speed it is now running on 2g speed .
I am not able to play online videos and downloading speed is as low as 8 or 10 kbps please do not fool the customer ...

I purchased pre-activated mobile connection of Reliance, available in the market. I was getting more than 10 disturbing sales promotion calls from Reliance and every time I took the call some amount was deducted from my prepaid account. Sir, I have recharged my reliance GSM no. [protected] with Rs. 80 on[protected] and make deducted 9 Rs. for internet 2G 200 MB, and also my promo balance was available. Today my main balance is 17.330 and my promo bal is 19.500. Whenever I call it deducts from promo bal because its validity is till[protected]. For internet i have net pack. So its matter of thinking where my main balance gone cause it is 17.330 if all calls i did were deducted...

Sinec 29th of july when i recharged my netconnect+ dongal, i am not able to connect it to the network. It gives me error saying "the connection was terminated by remote computer before it could be completed." i have trying to get it resolved with the customer care, but each time they give me the same flat answer "this is happening due to 4g upgrade" after the failed attempts to restore it by asking to connect it to a different usb port, re-installation...

I bought a reliance wipod in dec 2015 and paid the full amount upfront, number: [protected]. Now they are saying cdma services have been discontinued and you are upgraded to 4g were there is a capping of 5 gb. But earlier i had an unlimited plan. I dont want 4 g coz my usage is around 20gb. Than why should i pay for extra 15 gb. I dont want 4g. Also, the internet has stopped working from last 3 weeks. Pathetic service provided by reliance....

My reliance gsm no [protected] ... my plan was changed without any prior notice from freedom 350 to rg smart399 ... no confirmation was sent to me ... my bills have increased and to top with it service quality got poor ... i will not be paying any excess charges so kindly change my plan to freedom350 or waive off current charges as no prior message or confirmation was given to me ... and you cant chane plan without my consent ......

Reliance keeps on deducting balance of people and same issue had been faced by me. Many times it keeps on deducting a certain amount from my account. It has been a total of nearly about 200rs.that was deducted 2 days back and calling customer care is of no use. I submitted my complain through Reliance's app 'Instacare'. I recieved a message saying your balance was deducted for using TIBCO. I don't know what this tibco is and I didn't use...
