[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Bill for dysfunctional data card

Datacard [protected] was dysfunctional since July 2016 and I requested the customer service to disconnect the datacard service on 30 th July 2016 by email which was not attended to by the company/service provider.Since then I have been reminding them to close the connection through emails but there was no response.But I was asked to pay Rs. 1206/- for the months of August and September 2016.I have also contacted the co. through online chat and I was told that my request for termination of the service will be complied with.I am at a loss to understand the demand of the company for payment of money for a service not at all provided.

My email id is available with the service provider to which bills are sent.I would prefer a written solution/communication in response to my emails, than an oral communication through a cell phone.

Please communicate to my email that the sum of Rs.1207/- demanded by the service provider has been waived due to the total absence of service during the said period.I have not received any such communication so far whereby my concerns can be deemed to have been addressed.

My demand for waiver of the demand due to deficiency/absence of service and acceptance of my request dated 30 th July 2016 for termination of the service has not been communicated by the service provider yet.

The company continues to send bills despite my several requests for termination of its dysfunctional data card, contrary to what it has been stating in this forum.This is causing concern.Let me have the grievance settled properly to my satisfaction by the service provider.

My sim is blocked by reliance, when i go to jio office bharatpur they said sim is faulty. i said chnge my sim they reply that sim swaping time is 15 days. how it is possible. so please resolve that problem.
