Reliance Communications — Non-refund of money that was deducted unnecessarily | |||
I have a Vodafone postpaid number and on 17th march 2015, Tuesday, when i was making a payment to pay my bill through Mobikwik App, i paid it to reliance communications by mistake. but since i have a Vodafone number payment should be cancelled, but rather it was processed and my money was deducted and a payment was made to reliance. the amount was 550 rupees. the very next day when i went to the reliance communications head office, the customer service provider told me that the money would be refunded within 45 days by cheque or by draft. but until now, i have not received any amount by any means. again 2 months later, i went to the reliance communications head-office, an they told me that you can get your amount transferred to any other reliance postpaid number but when i told them to do so they told me to come back again tomorrow since the servers are not working. so i went there next day also and then they told me that it is not possible and you cannot get your amount back. i even talked to the reliance customer care and the also told me that the amount should be credited back to you . but it's been more than 7 months and i have not received any amount by any means. i am also attaching a screenshot of my phone which clearly shows that payment was made to reliance on 17th march. i want the refund of my money and also they should pay me more than double for the time i have wasted and for the inconvenience that i had during all this period. thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
