[Resolved] Reliance Digital — gaming laptop | |||
Visited few days back at reliance digital showroom in sector 13 dwarka to buy a laptop. Finalised to buy a dell g7 model but due to some miscommunication by the staff on reliance extended warranty, did not buy and left. Then received repeated calls from the sales man (Mobile no.[protected]) concerned as to when i will come back. I clearly told him to call me only in case he has some better rates for me. On 3.12, he informed that there is a cash back of rs.8000/- available on hdfc bank cards and on whatsapp he sent me details of some other gaming laptop @ rs.92100/- with cashback of rs.8000/-. Before going to sector 13 showroom, i visited sector 10 showroom to enquire about g7 and the cashback available on it. The sales persons there informed that the cash back amount is rs.2500/- only. While at sector 10 showroom, i continued receiving calls from this fellow to come there to avail cashback and better offer for the same g7 model. On his continued persuasions, i went to sector 13 showroom and told him that your people at the other showroom have informed that there is a cashback limit of rs.2500/-. He said is sure of this and while swiping the hdfc card, the cashback of rs.8000/- will be mentioned on the charge slip. Then i asked him to call hdfc bank representative, who came and assured this. On this assurance, i finalised the price of rs.96919/- and the billing process started. That time it was informed that the rs.8000/- cashback is not available on this particular model. Then some other person varun and akshay came into picture and they informed that they will get in touch with me tomorrow after getting the same updated by hdfc bank. No one turned back till today. Please note that your people are cheating with customers telling them about some offers which are not even available, wasting time of customers and even do not know anything about prices and offer.
