Dear Reliance Team Yesterday 23rd Feb i purchase some goods from your Reliance Fresh phoenix market city, , , and done payment of (Rs.136) through my HDFC Debit card but your machine is not properly working so the transaction is done for 3 times for same bill... please check your records and arrange to refund my money back which is unnecessarily deducted from my account (Rs.136+136=Rs. 272) Ref Number for all 3 transaction is : 1).[protected] 2).[protected] 3).[protected] Waiting for your positive reply. Thanks i got wrongly deducted money back, thanks to reliance fresh team for their quick response, & really thank to consumer complaint for giving the platform to customers for mark their complaint to companies and easily got the solution from company.
