Reliance Fresh — billing complaint poor quality of channa | |||
I am a regular customer of your shop located at avadi, i used purchase my monthly provision from your shop at the time of billing we use to face problem due lack of your staff/management, either one counter will open nor billing machine have problems, even i asked them, shall i a make a complaint they told "no we will clear it sir", so for nothing has made clear nor machine repaired and main thing being a customer i use to beg them for to attend me and they never listen customer's request. I use purchase channa dal recently i have noticed that is poor quality and made verbal complaint to the shop manager, he told i can't do anything sir, what they supply that only i can give and i requested him please register it and he refused to register the complaint.in avadi so many super markets are available but we (Customer) believe you people reliance will not blame us.
