I am nearly a daily user of your relaince fresh store at mega mall gurgaon. Keeping in mind the reliance empire, the store is lacking very much in facilities, especially the billing. The billing are very often out of order and few machines that work keep breaking down. The payment by cards is slow and sometimes you are standing in the queue for nearly 30 mins to pay. Request you need to upgrade the software as well as change the billing counter machines for better experience and to help your customers. The shopping trolleys are in bad condition and the shopping baskets in short supply. There is need to stop trolleys been taken away far from the store and problem of collection. Staff can stop them taking away from the mall this would help reduce the damage to the trolleys. Was this information helpful? | |||
