Reliance Fresh — charged twice for purchases. | |||
I had purchased goods worth rs 117 from reliance fresh store, rambaug, maninagar, ahmedabad on 25th july 2017. After i swiped my icici debit card, i was told that payment was not getting through so bill could not be generated. Due to some reason, the system got hung, and the staff was neither able to print the bill nor cancel it. I was redirected to another counter where i paid for by cash. However, the transaction of payment thru debit card also went through. Thus i was charged twice for the same purchase. Request you please reverse one payment.
