Reliance Fresh — Cheating by giving wrong information regarding the offers | |||||
In their banner for mommy poko rs. 100 offer actual price rs. 699 and offered rate rs. 599. But during the billing time counter staff asked me that did you have reliance card and i said that i am carrying the same. I asked her when i noticed that the actual price was mentioned in the bill. Then she said that it was only for reliance card holders which was not mentioned neither in the banner nor by the lady when billing. I was complained and finally one gentle man refund my money from his hind. I would like to address this issue because many people are not seeing the bill and rushed home who was cheated by your organization. And the customer service was very poor if you compare any competitor (Bigbazaar, more etc..) i hope you will take this further and make sure it will not happen any other customer of you.
