Reliance Fresh — Delivery of 25KG rice bag | |||
Hi, I am writing this on behalf of my aged Father in law who is 64 years old( CXan submit age proof if needed). We are regular customer of Reliance and generally we go and pick things from the shop.This weekend, we bought everything else and just booked the 25KG rice for home delivery. The basic purpose of HOME DELIVERY I believe is to help the customers having things delivered at home without any hassle. In this case, the person who delivered the rice, left it at the doorstep saying I will not keep it inside house and Not to mention he was pretty rude. I am sure that he must be following the policies of company guidelines. Please let me know if as per your policy you leave things at door or you deliver it inside home. ( I AM SO DAMN SPECIFIC because my old Father in law can not carry 25KG bag; I will rather opt out of your service and get it from someone who will deliver it to me to the desired place, an I am sure there are many vendors like that) I do not have the bill copy with me but my mobile number is [protected] which is registered with the card.I did the shopping from Bangalore, Park Square mall.
