Reliance Fresh — Double payment for groceries purchased | |||||
Sir, I have visited your Reliance Fresh Store located at District Centre, Chandrashekharpur, Bhubaneswar, Odisha on 03rd April 2016 at 21:00 hrs and purchased groceries worth Rs. 710.77. During billing the billing person at the counter has swapped my card and told me that payment was not processed. However I got SMS in my mobile at regarding deduction of payment from my account. He told me that payment will be reversed back into my account. Second time he has swapped the card again and told me that this time also the payment was not processed and will be reversed back into my account. Once again swapped the card third time and confirmed that the payment has been processed. Today when I saw my statement I have found that the payment has been deducted thrice from my account by reversed back only one time. It is clear that the payment has been done twice to Reliance Fresh Store for the same items. So I request you to kindly look into the matter and refund me Rs. 710.77 in my bank account or my Reliance Card. My Reliance Card No. is [protected].
