Reliance Fresh — double payment made on 21st sep

Hi, i did shopping in reliance fresh in the morning today 21st sep. At the cash counter, i first used my debit card, but it wasn't working and the system was hanging. Later, i used my credit card and made the payment. However, looks like both the payments are deducted from my account. Request you to please take a look at this and do the needful.

On the last 3 to 4 occasions whenever I have approached the Reliance Fresh Cashiers at your outlet in CBD Belapur to redeem the points accumulated points on my Reliance One card no. [protected], I have been informed that the system was down. This is strange indeed.

On Sunday 17-sep against the bill no 122 reliance fresh at oil mill road Lingarajapuram bangalore claimed twice with Bill amount from credit card ending with 6992 with 2 different value,
