Reliance Fresh — Duplicate billing for same purchase | |||
On 02 Feb 2017 I purchased items worth Rs 348.29. This was done at CV Raman Nagar outlet in Bangalore. Due to some problem in Credit card swipe machine there was no print out in the first swipe. The counter sales person swiped it a second time. Later after checking the SMS I realised that the amount was deducted twice. For the last three weeks I have been complaining at the local shop. However, there is no refund. I am attaching the Credit card slip, Reliance receipt and credit card statement for your reference. Please give the refund immediately. Sir I Have made a purchase of RS: 1282 on 2nd July 2021 from Reliance Fresh Pallimukku, Kochi Shop, unfortunately I lost the Bill, Can I get a Bill Copy for the same, Becose I made the Purchase for my Office, I have to Submit the Bill, Otherwise I will lost the money☹️
