Reliance Fresh — inaccurate billing and when spotted, failed to credit the promised amount | |||
I purchased 2 cans of 250ml red bull with revised price of rupees 99/- the sales person billed it for 107 and had to pay that money. After billing when i checked the receipt, i noticed the issue and informed them. They refunded the money after a discussion. There was a notice near the billing counter says reliance pride themselves for accurate billing and if any error happens, they will refund the difference and and additional rupees 100/- for the inconveniences faced. When i asked for that, they said it never happens and it is just for the name sake. Is that how ur actual principles are..? Well, it's very shameful. And there is nothing to be proud of in this system of your ' accurate billing'. Please do the needful and ensure you don't put up such a fancy notice to please other's eyes.
