Reliance Fresh — Misbehaviour & not cooperative | |||||
Yesterday i, sagar vyas, from ahmedabad gujarat visited reliance fresh store near ram baugh maninagar for purchasing various items. I purchased of Rs.1308. there were some internet issues but some how the cashier managed to deduct Rs.150 from reliance card & tried to deduct remaining amount from my HDFC coupon card. After few attempts, once i show that there was a message of approved but i did not get a deduction message on my mobile. So i paid cash of Rs.1130. After 30/35 minutes, when i was at home i received a message of amount deducted from my card & hence immediately went back to store before it gets closed. There i met Mr. Surendrasinh gurjar & conveyed him the incidence. he asked me to wait untill he cheked it in the system. he derived from sales batch report my card details mentioned along with amount. He asked me to come after 2 days as he has to cofirm with the bank. I replied that your report shows that amount is deducted from card & i paid cash, which he can cross verified with system record as well as from CCTV footage. he refused to give cash & asked me to have that "sales batch report" copy & to come after 2 days. I told him to give me a letter in which the incident is described & got it signed as i believe that print of that fax machine will not exist for 2 days. apart from this, in that report he has just mentioned my name & contact number. nothing has been written on it by him. i asked him to give me a letter prescribing the incidence. he replied that they are not provided with any letter heads. I asked him that i paid twice for 1 item which is clearly shown in that report SO REFUND ME MONEY OR GIVE ME A LETTER in which he mentioned the incidence & possibility that money has been paid twice. Mr. Gurjar was furious & refuse to give me either. i asked fro complaint register which was also not provided to me (we can see the CCTV footage of yesterday). He refused again. I told him i will not leave the store unless & untill i received money or letter. he went inside furiously & told me aggressively that "he would not have even attended me if i have visited the store during rush hours". after few minutes, he came back & again tries to convince me but i explained him in the report wherever the card transaction is declined there was a word "sales-rev". while against my card details there was only word "sales". he asked me to rely on a big company. i told big company needs to understand that customers are not supposed to pay twice. I asked him to trust me as he expects me to trust company & gave an offer. whereby i gave them a photocopy of my license & asked him to contact if the amount is not deducted from card. as mr. gurjar did not find a way to get off. he returned my paid money in cash. From the overall incidence, i had felt how aggressive, ill-logical, misbehaviour manager of reliance mart he was! he needs training on how to behave with customer & how to talk. hope some action for reputation & growth of reliance fresh with such a Manager! awaiting for reply & action ! sagar vyas.
