[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — Misbehaviour of the cashier at the MIra Road retail branch

Hi, This is regarding the misbehaviour done by the cashier at the Reliance Fresh Counter which is located at Mira Road Thane, Maharashtra. Today for the first time i went to Reliance Fresh store and the behaviour I have got from the employee available there I was surprised to see that such a big brand and that to part of RIL has employee such type of staff who use slangs for customer. And after speaking to store manager also there was no resolution we are getting since store manager was also least bother about what is happening in the store. After this experience will not be prefer to go again to such retail store and will not suggest also to go in such store for whom customer is like a common man and they can treat with customer badly. I dont o what basis the upper management in Reliance is planning to open further 450 stores wherein they currently dont know what type of behaviour their staff are doing in the existing stores.
