The problems at Reliance Fresh New Thippasandra Bangalore never seem to end inspite of repeated complaints. 1) The male workers are very rude and do not open the billing counters on time, if questioned they say you can go ahead and lodge a complaint. 2)the fruits are of very bad quality and stale. 3) Preference is given to Local Vegetable vendors who buy large quantities without any limit on the Kgs, and their billing is done on preference and priority 4) Senior Citizens and handicapped people are also not spared from this agony. I am writing this on behalf of them as well as some of them do not have access to the net. I am suprised that a big company like Reliance is not conducting suprise visits and checks to see how its branch is performing.
