[Resolved] Reliance Fresh — Non-refund of excess deducted amount | |||
Dear sir, I have paid Rs.2342/- through my SBI ATM Card towards my purchases on 01.08.2014 at Reliancefresh hasthampatti(SALEM) and i get sms from my bank that Amount was detected the transaction no is[protected], but your Sales personnel was unable to get the print out of the payment slip and asked me Cash for Rs.2342/-i paid him then he assured me to refund the excess payment after checking the transactions and have noted my details. next week they ask my bank statement of my bank account and i give them. Till date i am unable get back my money even after several follow up to your Sales Team .they told me every time wait 2 days or 3 days or 1 week. My Transaction details: C8712 #0253, Time:18:58:31 Date: 01.08.2014 Reliance Card No: [protected] Hope to get your kind co-operation in the resolving the issue. pls sir i badly need my money back.
