Reliance Fresh — Non-reversal of failed payment (but deducted from my Credit Card) | |
Sir/MadamOn 16.01.2015, I went to Reliance Fresh outlet at East of Kailash (Near Sapna Cinema Red Light) and made a purchase of Rs. 99.80 from my credit card. The money got deducted from my card but I was said that payment got failed. I paid in cash. The Store manger assured mew that they have lodged the details for refund and the amount will be credited in my a/c within 5 days. But the same didn't happen even after 15 days. Again I went to the store on 03.02.2015 and inquired about the refund, the manager requested me to give some more time i.e. 5 days and assured that he would keep me informed over phone. Even after lapse of 6 days thereafter ( a total of 25 days) neither my money refunded nor they informed me about any progress in the matter.Is this the way, reliance work ? I am very disappointed with such an careless and unprofessional way of working of company like Reliance. This is totally unacceptable that you even don't care for the convenience of the customers and keep their money with you illegally.You are, requested to look into the mater and resolve the same immediately.
