This is to say that i have stepped in to one of your outlet on 04/10/15 evening, purchased stuffs for around rs.9000/-, gone to the billing counter and asked for home delivery to cashier ms. Sujatha. By her look and arrogantly she told me that we can’t deliver it was so embrassing me to get out from the store, she not even asked where to deliver and voluntarily i told her i resides near infant jesus shrine that is approx 1.5km from your store then too she told me she cant deliver, it was heavy raining too then i told her to cancel my stuffs she is not bothered for that she is ready to cancel my stuffs, then mr. Stanley (Suresh) voluntarily entered and made me convinced and waited me for 5mins and discussed to the supervisor and agreed for home delivery and gave me the fantastic services. She is shouting in local language on the billing counter then i started to speak in her language then her mouth was shut and gone from the billing counter. As if she is giving freely something from her pocket she has treated me like that... Not at all expected from reliance... This is how you treat the customer... Fed up with reliance... Coming back to my membership cashier asked for my card, i asked him, do you give any discount, he told me that you will get the lipton tea, finally in my stuff the lipton was missing, that’s not the big deal for me, but why you guys giving the wrong info Was this information helpful? | |||||
