Reliance Fresh — Purchase from reliance fresh transaction failed but not credit back my amount

I went to reliance fresh for grocery purchase i give my debit card for payment . he swipe my debit card two time but due to server down purchase not be made but my balance was deducted two time of amount 1698 each which is not credited back until now
