Reliance Fresh — Redemption of points from the card | |||
Hello I am very disappointed with the service of reliance customer care. I have been trying to redeem my points from my reliance fresh card for a very very very long time but in vain. Whenever I try to redeem my points the cashier refuses that you have to update the card. I have already contacted customer care and they keep on saying that they have made the right adjustment but so far I have been struggling to redeem the points. Yesterday as well, when I tried to redeem the points, machine refused. I contacted customer care immediately and the executive told me that I had an old paper card which was not linked to my new card is the cause of the issue. I had asked for this linking of card in the month of May as well but no action had been taken on it. Yesterday again I got the same response as earlier that they will link the cards not sure if this time it will be done or not.
