I had come to purchase a water bottle in reliance store in ncm mohali. There is counter number 19 which was kept for billing of 4-5 item whereas billing of bulk item was being allowed. On requesting manager geeta sharma she could not manage the issue instead prefer to take my item back and showed the interest in billing bulk items. She also removed tag of 4-5 items from counter. So does it mean small customer does not matter to reliance.
