[Resolved] Reliance Fresh — Two times payment against one bill | |||
To, Manager Customer Care, Reliance Fresh This is complaint email regarding payment deduction of my credit & debit both cards against one bill. I have purchased few items from reliance fresh, Anand bazar suare, Indore, for bill payment I gave my credit card but transaction was not successful, even I got a sms that you have spent 392 in reliance fresh from your credit card but reliance staff members told me that transaction was not successful. Again I gave my debit card and transaction was successful this time. When I checked my credit card transactions then it shows that payment is debited. Now money is debited from my debit and credit both cards. Below are the details of my transaction: Date :[protected] Amount : Rs. 392 Bill number : U01100MH1999PLC120563 Reliance Fresh Location : Anand Bazar, Saket Square Indore.
