Reliance Fresh — Valid Sodexo coupons not accepted | |||||
1. Today(Jan 18, 2007) at 6:48 PM Reliance Fresh Sector 70, Mohali refused to accept a few coupons despite a clear mandate by Sodexo that those are valid till Dec 2017. 2. Store Manager said it is not the policy of the company. 3. He refused to give the reason of non acceptance of such coupons in writing telling that it also is not the policy of the company. 4. He reluctantly told his name as Tarnjit Singh. 5. Either Reliance Fresh share their policy (on 2 and 3 above) or tender an apology. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Purchased items rs.2364.87 on 11th Jan. At reliance fresh 18th Main road Anna Nagar West, chennai 600040 shop no.1031. invoice no.c 8948. Despite repeated reminders to customer [protected]@ril.com and to the store, phone calls items not delivered till now. Today is pongal. Sorry about the indifferent attitude of reliance staff._.
