Reliance Fresh — Wholly dissatisfied with the shopping experience @Reliance Fresh

Hello, I had visited the "Reliance Fresh" store at Mugalivakkam, Chennai today. I was completely dissatisfied with the with the service and the management. It was closing time and the watchman (security person), had closed the gate to prevent customers from entering the venue. I had traveled by car and the person had opened half the gate and denied to open the gate completely when requested. This led to a hard discussion and I had spoken to the manager about the issue and his response was not customer oriented. I have been a frequent visitor to all the different Reliance stores and this is the first time I have experienced such a pathetic service from Reliance.
