Entry restricted before 9.55 pm Wrong information given about customer dealing timing Wrong behavior in front of family, staff and other customers No support by store manager and even supported their staff in their mis behavior I was told that the timing were written on the back o the shutter of the store of 9.30 p. M. As last customers dealing time But when asked to show the timing of the store both manager a d the employee who misbehaived denied to show They were saying that they have to go home at 10.00. Pm that is why they are not allowing I m a customer of reliance fresh for more than 5 years but never faced this type of behavior These recently changed employees have a wrong approach towards customer dealing. I hope a proper action will be taken by reliance as it is a renounced company which considers customer satisfaction.
