Reliance Infocomm — No Service for money already taken

My name is Nitin Lad, my number is [protected], I had taken Reliance iphone zero rental plan from Reliance company in Feb'13, as per plan, I will have to pay emi of Rs3000 to reliance and Reliance will provide my iphone 5s and unlimited data and cellular services for 24 months, i have ported from reliance to airtel, reliance has already taken the whole amount and now they are now providing my a new sim for the remainder of 6-7 months, i am been following up with reliance customer service, have even mailed to Mr Anil Ambani, however no one is replying to my queries.If they don't want to give me a new sim for reminder months they should refund the money back to me.This is a way of cheating which reliance is know of doing often...
