Reliance Life Insurance — Cheating of Issuing Reliance life insurance policy + Rs.10,000 gift voucher

Yesterday 22/05/15 my wife Mrs Vaideki Shivakumar received a call form the mobile no [protected] & she got introduced as Miss Chandra calling from Reliance life insurance.She told that you have been selected on a mobile contest among the 20 customers, she also briefed that a life insurance policy + Rs.10, 000.00 gift voucher will be issued.This is deal is for the new office opened at 345/2 padasalai street, near school bus stop, Urapakam, Chennai -603210.Regarding this when i again contacted Miss Chandra by calling the above said mobile no regarding the subject, she confirmed that " Reliance policy + Rs.10000.00 gift voucher will be issued on the same day when you visit the office & we are not cheating, definitely we will issue both & this for attracting the customers.Today morning 23/05/15 again we received a call from the same above said mobile & they she insisted us to be present before 11.30 am but when we reached the above said place at 11.45 am only they were two people sitting in the building (called as office), they asked us to wait for the manager to come, after that you will be issued a policy after discussion but we said that we can not wait & we are coming all the way from Thrumullaivoyal & it is very far.In the middle again we contacted Miss Chandra & she confirmed that "our manager had already left & he will be reaching the destination with in 15 minutes in the mean time i will ask our employee to issue the policy & after arrival of manager your gift voucher will be issued but the people sitting in the office their statement is " only policy form will be issued, original policy will sent through courier, the gift voucher will be sent to the postal address after 45 days.again when we contacted Miss chandra, she was asking us to wait & we were waiting till 12.30 pm but the said manager did not come to the destination, so we left the place.During the waiting period another customer came from near by area & they were also asking for gift voucher but they understood they are cheated & they left the place. I do not know why we are targeted & what is the motive behind the screen is not understood. Why you do a wrong marketing by saying favorable words to customer & this is the way to market, it very pathetic. I want to know whether i will be getting the gift voucher + Life insurance policy. Here with i have enclosed the proof for your reference. Your immediate action in this regard will be highly solicited.
