I have called reliance four times just to disconnect my dongle as i have not been using it. The customer care have been rude, not attentive and have disconnected my calls without any concern. At this moment too i am on call... And i have been put to wait. More than 20 mins for this call. Still waiting for them to take a cancellation request. Some rahul from termination dept who doesn't know what he is talking about. There is no one talking to me and the rahul chap seems to have disappeared too while my phone is still on hold with no music Was this information helpful? | |||
