[Resolved] Reliance wi-pod — Very Poor Internet Speed | |||
Dear Reliance Team, I Bought a Reliance Wi-Pod ZTE-AC3633 ([protected]) from the Reliance Mini Store. Based on our conversation, I provided him with all the relevant documents to avail my services unhindered. At the time of purchase of this product I was promised the speed of 14.7 MBPS and I chose the plan of 999(truly unlimited). Current speed is worst then any 2G connection. My Highest speed is 0.5 MBPS. I called your CCE thrice but did not get any positive response and also I lodged a complaint on your fb page still I did not get any solution.
