Hi,
I bought reliance wi-pod on 12/03/2016 and reliance wi-pod seller commit that internet speed would be minimum 1 mbps and maximum 13 mbps, but after activation on the same day speed could not cross 20 kbps even most off the time less than 20kbps.
I tired to check all my possible ways like delete temp file, windows update off and many more tries but still facing the same issue.
Also tried to change all provided...

Dear Reliance Team,
I Bought a Reliance Wi-Pod ZTE-AC3633 ([protected]) from the Reliance Mini Store. Based on our conversation, I provided him with all the relevant documents to avail my services unhindered. At the time of purchase of this product I was promised the speed of 14.7 MBPS and I chose the plan of 999(truly unlimited). Current speed is worst then any 2G connection. My Highest speed is 0.5 MBPS. I called your CCE thrice but...
