Residential Flat — Very high property tax paid

I received the property tax bill for Rs.26105for my property
0/4/10/00566003
I paid it fully on 24th April2023
later I came to know that normally the tax is around Rs.7000
so I request you to please arrange to pay me the REFUND
& oblige
