Delay on delivering the material

Address:Glory Graphics, Sivakasi (an unit of Srinivas Fine arts)

Have booked a consignment from Chennai to Sivakasi (way bill #[protected]. When I had called the customer care they have informed it expected to reach on 19th FEB 2023 for which our customer is furious and unhappy. The customer requires the material urgently can any thing be done on priority for enabling the material to reach to its destination by Friday (17th Feb 2023). Pls consider this request. By doing this the customer will be happy....

This is the Way bill number[protected]

We have orderd sarees from Leela fashion surat and since its cash on delivery they have given to safe express and we have received the parcel but in that 9 Sarees missing and same we have reported and complain to Leela fashion

Hence complaing to Safe exporess for 9 sarees missing please look in this and resolve at the earliest

Missing Product ( 9 sarees Missing in the parcel)

We have ordered sarees from Leela fashion Surat since its cash on delivery its been given to safe Express we have received the parcel but in that parcel 9 Sarees where missing and we have made complaint to Leela fashion and given the details.

Regarding claim of damaged and lost items

Dear sir
I have transported my household items through safe express in 28/11/22 from bakloh (Hp) to Padappai (Tamilnadu),
My valuables was damaged and I have lodged complaint in safe express but they are telling we are not responsible for this damaged item but we can compensate little amount,
1)IFB washing machine totally damaged not reparable
2)IFB split AC internal damaged sensors board &outfit of compressor...

Complaint regarding the waybill no. 100001663615

Dear Safexpress,

I have sent my household belongings luggage (One bag) from Bangalore to Rohtak(Haryana). Which has to be delivered by 27th January 2023 EOD. After having a word with the delivery partner, It seems he doesn't want to deliver the baggage to my address, since it is out of delivery from 26th January only.

Can the safexpress team ensure that my luggage is safe and will be delivered to my delivery...

My item not delivered

Worst quorier ever. My item has reached the location 1 week ago and still haven't been delivered. When i CONTACTed the manager they keep saying tomorrow tomorrow but it's never delivered.. I'm very upset about the service this company provides. I request to deliver my item by today itself. ### you!...

Trolley broken

Hi Team,
Few days back I raised a complaint for the company for keeping on hold our item but now it is resolved as we got the parcel.
After receiving it, we found that the trolley's wheels are been missing and the lock is broken which confirms our product safety was compromised.
I have attached the pictures and looking for some compensation as such a costly trolley has been damaged.
Their customer care keep disconnecting...

Received parcel products in damaged condition

Hi, I sent my luggage from Hyderabad to Chandrapur and also informed the safe Express transporters to carry it safely as it might get broken. But still I received Induction in completely damaged condition, whole screen was in pieces. This was not expected as they ensured safety and no damage to the goods that are being transported. I am very disappointed. Please rectify and help me to get my refund....

Item not delivered and no call made in Hyderabad

Hi Team,
This is regarding waybill no.[protected],
the receiver name is Mayuree Sen.
No attempt was made to call her and the parcel is kept on hold.
Contacted their customer care many times, visited the source office too, requested call back but no call back received, we need this to be delivered ASAP and want the delivery boy to at least call when at the location so even if I am not at home i can coordinate...

I had transported my bike from bbsr to kerala via safe express. On unpacking and starting i noticed that the fuel injection tube which transport petrol from tank to engine is broken and petrol is leaking which is very dangerous to riders health...

Luggage missing

Booked luggage from guwahati to dehradun on 27 dec 22. Luggage reached ambala on 01 jan 23. Even after one week luggage is still in ambala. Noone is responding. Customer care is not providing any positive feedback...

Late delivery- very very very bad service of safexpress

My material is books on 29th dec-22 from HOSUR to NOIDA and that material is reached at gauttam budh nagar on 2nd jan 23 and still showing on line in same place its very urgent for me, and i called on your customer care on 05 jan they told me that material will be delivered on 06 jan but still not recd that material, i am so fed up fro your service its very bad service of safe express i never recomend to anyone for safe express.

Theft/loss of item on parcel courier by safexpress

I booked six items for parcel to Ranchi from Agartala on 01/12/2022 by Safexpress. I received all six items on 14/12/2022 at Ranchi. One item's (Steel trunk with Godrej lock) lock was missing. Also valuable items (Alexa speaker, watch etc) worth around Rs. 20, 000 was found missing from the trunk after opening it (photo attached). The trunk had no signs of damage.

Poor delivery service and irresponsible...

Address:TEEMAGE BUILDERS PVT LTD,Kanchipuram.

We booked a shipment from chennai to kanchipuram on 28th Novembor, But not recieved still on 9th DEC.My waybill no is[protected] its worth of 40000, We could not reach safeexpress baranch at kanchipuram, try to call cusotmer care its also not responsible.Due to this issue our work stopped about 8 days, Manpower lose about 200000.I dont know who solve this..
VERY SAD ABOUT SAFEEXPRESS......

Customer service is very poor

We booked consignment from kundlisonipat on 26 Nov 22.
At the time safe express committed delivery get in 3 days but after 5 days till not dispatch from Delhi.
I had call to customer care the person not given proper answer and his language is very rough.
Please do not go to safe express.
