[Resolved]  Samsonite South Asia Pvt Ltd (American Tourister) — DEFECTIVE SHOES

I bought a pair of Samsonite Shoes worth INR3000 (approx.) from centre one mall vashi navi mumbai. To my horror, a few days later I realised that there shoe was occurd a defect . I promptly contacted their office in Mumbai and was offered to take my shoes to the Samsonite Store in centre one, vashi and take a replacement. i was told it can not be replaced because of two reasons 1) it was billed in discount 2) this model has been stopped. 3) does it mean you offer discount to promote defective shoe It is very evident that the company is not following any quality control and has been defective and poor quality shoes in the market and very high prices.
