[Resolved] Samsonite India — Samsung Galaxy F41 | |
I ordered the Samsung Galaxy F41on the official Samsung app - Samsung Shop on 21st October 2020. My order was delivered on 22nd October 2020. On that day there was an offer going on which was ''Rs. 1500 instant cashback on using the HDFC credit card''. Till date even after doing multiple rounds of follow-ups and registering the complaint with customer care, writing to CEO and reaching out to all possible departements mentioned on website I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE CASHBACK. Even today when I called the customer care department, they asked us to wait for sometime. Few days back the customer care executive was denying the offer by saying the offer was on SBI card when I told him I have the screenshot from the app to prove that offer was on HDFC card they said they will resolve my problem in 24hrs. However till date I haven't got my cashback or confirmation from company on when it will be credited. I would request you to kindly look into the matter and please help in finding the speedy solution to this problem. Was this information helpful? | |
