Dear Sir, I have purchased a new SAMSUNG PC monitor model S19D300NY with Serial No.G061HYCG111762Y on[protected] from Sneha Technologies, Kurnool, A.P. The quality of the monitor is very good and I am really satisfied with performance also. Now for the last four days some horizontal black lines are appearing constantly on the middle of the screen of the monitor, which is causing me disappointment and unable to watch the monitor.
