[Resolved]  Samsung — Display issue

I have Purchased a Samsung 32-inch LED 3 yrs back. Model number LA32B450C4, It worked fine all these years but two months back i started facing problem with the display, I can hear the sound but i cannot see any picture on the screen. Hence i called the customer care for help. At first the Technician gave a visit he told us that the mother board had a problem and needs to be replaced So they replace the parts and it worked fine for a while... Below are the Bill Details of the Motherboard Invoice no 7211 Bate: 20/9/2014 Call no.: [protected] Cost of the Motherboard Rs.7400/- Attended by : Mahindra Vishwarkarma However after all this the problem still occurred and i spoke to the service centre guy regarding the problem and he said if it occurs again will replace the mother again as its in the warranty of 3 months but later i didn't face any problem till 17th Nov 2014. when the display completely blacked out as it use to happen before replacing of the motherboard. So i again logged a complain regarding the Display issue My Ref ID: [protected] The technician gave a visit and this time he mention that the problem is in the display panel and some chip that needs to be replaced. and that will cost me around 21 thousand. My only concern is if last time for the same problem occurred they said it was coz the motherboard was faulty and how can it be the screen issue or the display panel this time. If the problem was with the display panel then why was the mother replaced at the first place, also that means that the mother was perfectly fine and your technician could not detect the problem and the motherboard was replaced unnecessarily which cost me 7400/- I don't know what is happening but clearly i can say this stop fooling people. I only fear if the same thing happens again I will be purchasing a new TV and I guarantee it will not be a Samsung... Dear Team,
On dated 27/05/2013 I had purchased samsung led after a few days there is screen resolution problem arises I ignore it because it is my first experience with samsung product.I think it is brand I feel that is minor problem.but now it is creating a big problem.Please resolve the issue and correct the display-
