[Resolved] Samsung — Failed to deliver the product and cancelled the order without my consent | |
Dear Samsung India Pvt Ltd., I ordered a Samsung front load washing machine WW80K54E0UX-F from your website on June 15, 2021. I was given an estimated delivery date of July 04, 2021. After calling and mailing the support team several times, I received a call on July 16, 2021 from the higher management team and I was given commitment that the item will be delivered in the next four to five working days. Again on July 13, 2021, I had a call from a Samsung executive and I was given commitment that the order will be delivered in the next two to three working days. Today on July 14, 2021, without my consent, the order got cancelled. I request you not to cancel the order and deliver the item as per your commitment. At this point, I feel cheated after paying a huge sum of money for the washing machine. I have incurred a huge cost in arranging a laundry service due to the delay in washing machine delivery. Also, I have lost interest on the money that I have paid for your failed services. At this point, getting a refund without interest is not acceptable. In case if you fail to deliver the item, please help me with the contact details (Postal and Emails, phone numbers) to which I can escalate the issue and get a satisfactory resolution. oMG. My daughter, who works 2 jobs to support her family and pay her bills, ordered a dishwasher and is experiencing the same issue. Samsung has accepted 2 payments, told her several times it was out for delivery, twice that, 'for some reason' someone cancelled the order, and after that, twice it was out for delivery again. Ordered in Dec. 2021, it's 4/2/22. She's paid $400 so far for an expensive product she does not have yet, and yesterday, Samsung's delivery 'service' updated the site to show the dishwasher was delivered, only... she does not have one! Thinking the driver of the delivery truck has a new one in HIS/HER home perhaps. Am Hoping the State Attorney General's office of consumer complaints can get this resolved. I know I will NOT be purchasing any more Samsung appliances myself. And I will be needing a fridge, stove, microwave in the next year or so myself. Shame on Samsung for their lousy customer service! Perhaps I should say 'non-existent' customer service. BUYER BEWARE!!!
