Hi team samsung, i am extremely disappointed to tell you that i have lodged a complaint ([protected]) regarding repair of my 5 year old samsung refrigerator... But the service engineer refused to service the refrigerator saying the part is not available... When i contacted the customer care team, they too have shown their inability to provide any help... I am extremely surprised and shocked to learn that a company like samsung can simply refuse...

My mobile also faces the same complained that all s7 edge owners face once the warranty period is over. But still samsung is not taking any actions as this is a manufacturindlg defect. It all proves that the consuner right in india is not strong. After spending a huge amount on mobile this is what we get. It is amazing that there has not been any action taken from samsung india side.
