[Resolved] Samsung India — Mobile/ samsung grand mobile has been dead within 6 month

Its pathetic to have product like this, i am using Samsung grand GT-I9060I/DS.
its creating the issue from the first month, facing hanging issue continuously, but now set has been dead.
now i am fed up with this phone and dont want to use the same, so pl refund my money, i am going to surrender this phone at service center

i have have receives the mail from given mail id, "[email protected]" but my issue is still not resolved. they guys are just passing mails, nothing done by him regarding my resolution. Sunita Das 8527569450

Complaint is not resolved, today have visited at service center and surrender my mobile phone to service center and wants to refund back as its not working, as per the your executive motherboard is defective, within 6 month mother board has been defective means they had provided me a defective set, it was creating the issue from day 1, now i don't wants to use this defective product. i wants to my money back or replace with other model.

why the you guys are update the wrong feedback, my complaint is still not resolve but you guys are update hear as a complaint has resolve. heights of cheating, fist you guys are selling defective products and now update the wrong feedback also shame on you. As per recent trend of market you gonna finish like Nokia so pl ad wake-up and delight the customer
