Dear sir / madam,

This is with regards to the inferior quality of samsung fridge sold to us 3 years back. Despite of your engineer coming and checking the fridge there is no permanent solution to my query. If you could refer to the trail mail i have clearly mentioned about the problem facing. From that day till today we are totally unsatisfied. The engineer come and temporary repair the fridge after which again after some time the same problem occurs.

It's now a high time when we have referred our problems and once again we request your good selves to look into this serious problem and provide a permanent solution. Also would like to refer you that now we would be approaching the consumer forum with our complaint for which you can please make a note of it.

This is with reference to the subjected complaint number for which we have been following up with your customer executive on the helpline no.[protected]. I wish to inform you that i as a customer is totally dissatisfied by the after sales service of samsung. We have been given false promises by your department about the defective refridgerator. Even today on 09th april, 2015, i have spoken to your executive mr. Krishna who was not able to understand the complain. After a short communication he put my call on hold and after that the call was disconnected from their side. Sir, i wanted to know that is this the quality of service your company is providing to the customers. We were having a lot of faith in samsung products which we are losing very fast. Please guide your concern team to act fast and replace the defective refridgerator. We have purchased the refridgerator in the month of feb-2015 and immediately after 2-3 weeks the refridgerator was not passing the cooling effect to the lower chambers of the refridgerator. This is for your information and we request you to kindly take appropriate action on this.
